NEP Wildcats rolling along at halfway point

The NEP Wildcats wrapped up Week 4 action on Saturday with the program's first-ever 8-0 day as the even teams swept Pace and the odd teams handled Perdido to make history in the park's second season of being an 8-team park.
NEP has six of eight teams currently undefeated, including all two of the three odd teams (9U, 11U) going into their bye week with a perfect 4-0 record.

The Wildcats’ even teams (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U) will travel to Cantonment this week while the odd teams enjoy the week off.

6U defense shines in quick start

Coach Domenik Hixon’s 6U Wildcats has used a combination of speed and athleticism on offense with a smothering defense to jump out to a 3-0 start on the season.

The Wildcats opened with a tough 14-0 win over the Bellview Packers before going on the road to beat Navarre 30-0 in Week 2. After a week off, the Wildcats got back to it on Saturday with a 26-0 win over the Pace Patriots.

The Wildcats will now play Cantonment on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Cantonment.

7U Wildcats split first four games to start 2-2

The 7U Wildcats bounced back from losses from defending champion Bellview to rout both Navarre and Perdido to even its record at 2-2 going into their off week.

The Wildcats opened the season with a tough 26-12 loss to Bellview at home, before rolling to a 30-0 win over Navarre in Week 2.

A Week 3 showdown at Bellview was a close on with the Packers pulling away for the 12-0 victory.

The Wildcats got back on track on Saturday, exploding for a touchdown on the first play of the game to roll to a 30-0 win over Pace.

8U Wildcats showcasing multiple weapons in 3-0 start

The 8U Wildcats, led by coach Greg Fayard, have played one of the toughest schedules in their division and have pulled out three wins to open with a 3-0 start.

The Wildcats held on for a tough 19-12 win over Bellview in Week 1 before going on the road in Week 2 to beat the Navarre Raiders 25-6.

On Saturday, the Wildcats let the defense set the tone in a 12-0 win over the Pace Patriots to improve to 3-0.

The Wildcats will now travel to take on Cantonment on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.

9U Wildcats are a perfect 4-0 on the season

The defending champion 9U Wildcats, under the direction of coach Anthony Porterfield, has picked up where it left off last season, rolling to a 4-0 start to the young season.

The Wildcats have been dominant in their first four games, outscoring opponents by a 105-12 margin through the first four.

NEP opened with a 14-0 win over Bellview before beating Navarre 39-12. In the last two weeks, the Wildcats have beaten Bellview 22-0 and Perdido 30-0.

10U Wildcats rolling early on

Coach Mike Frantz’s defending champion 10U Wildcats have certainly set the tone early in the season, rolling out to a 3-0 record, with wins over both the 2018 runnerup Bellview Packers and the three-time defending champion Pace Patriots.

The Wildcats opened the season with a 14-6 win over Bellview at home before going on the road to beat Navarre 30-0.

The Wildcats shocked a lot of people on Saturday by beating the previously unbeaten Pace Patriots 30-0.

11U Wildcats off to fast start

Coach Kevin Sluder’s 11U Wildcats have certainly come out of the gate on fire, rolling to easy wins in their first four games to start off 4-0.

The Wildcats set the tone with a 16-6 win over Bellview, but then showed tremendous improvement in the next three weeks with consecutive 30-0 wins over Navarre, Bellview and Perdido to improve to 4-0 on the season.

The Wildcats will have a week off before playing Milton at home on Sept. 28.

12U Wildcats continue dominance

The 12U Wildcats, also led by coach Kevin Sluder, extended its regular season win streak to 19 wins with 30-0 victories in its first three games.

NEP opened with a 30-0 win over Bellview, then travelled to Navarre and beat the Raiders 30-0.

In a rematch of last year’s 11U championship game, the Wildcats handled the Pace Patriots from start to finish for a 30-0 win.

NEP will now travel to Cantonment before returning home on Sept. 28 for a big showdown with Wedgewood.

14U Wildcats improve to 1-2 with win over Pace

The 14U Wildcats, led by coach Dwight Baldwin, opened with tough losses to perennial playoff powers but bounced back in a big way on Saturday with a 33-12 win over the Pace Patriots.

The Wildcats lost to Bellview 30-0 in the opener and then lost a tough one on the road against Navarre, 28-12.

On Saturday, the Wildcats had its best outing of the season, jumping out to an early lead before rolling to the 33-12 win over Pace.
